The “Legends 400 FSC” is a basic bat in good quality for leisure and school sports. This racket is equipped with a reasonably smooth “pimple inside” coating, approved by the ITTF. The 1.6mm thick sponge located between the rubber and the wood, provides the necessary power and a lot of control for beginners and casual players.
